• Your name, age, sex, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and internet service provider, household income, school email address (where applicable), industry of your business (where applicable), your activity on ours, and third-parties', websites, your browsing history, your search history, and your system usage are shared with our advertising partners, advertising platforms, and data analytic providers to understand your browsing behavior and to serve you relevant targeted advertisements.

During the prior months prior to the date listed at the top of this Privacy Notice, we have sold Personal Information to the following third parties:

Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising

If you do not want us to share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for advertising and marketing purposes, you can opt out by sending us an email stating your request to support@cursorpc.com. IF YOU OPT OUT OF OUR SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH UNAFFILIATED OR NON-AGENT THIRD PARTIES FOR ADVERTISING AND MARKETING PURPOSES, YOUR RIGHTS TO USE YOUR CURSOR DEVICE WILL TERMINATE AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RETURN YOUR CURSOR DEVICE OR BE SUBJECT TO THE DEVICE RECOVERY FEE AS DESCRIBED IN THE DEVICE USAGE AGREEMENT FOUND AT CURSORPC.COM/DEVICE-USAGE-AGREEMENT.

We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way.
